Was told by a call out plumber the leak was under the bath it would have to come out I was charged £100.

Rang Andy he came to the house in an hour told me no leak under the bath the taps are the issue.

Top guy,highly recommend him to anybody already notified my family and friends.

Called Rapid Response very late last night after coming home and discovering my shower was leaking. They were kind enough to talk me through how to isolate the leak, as I’d chosen to wait until morning to sort out the problem. Arrived first thing in the morning when we agreed, fixed the problem quickly and even showed me what part it was that had gone wrong! Really happy with the service and would certainly use again. Professional, friendly and prompt – definitely recommend for any emergency!

Cannot pick a fault. Came out for a leaking shower drain and after finding a nice easy fix, only charged call out. This number is now in my phone for plumbing and gas work. I won’t need to go looking anywhere else.
